Company History
A Foundation of Integrity
RegStattva LLP was founded with a vision to combine scientific regulatory expertise with the sattvic principles of clarity, ethics, and conscious impact in the agri-biotech and seed sectors. After more than two decades of leadership in plant biotechnology and seed regulatory affairs, Dr. Deepak Prem recognized the increasing need for specialized, science-based regulatory guidance as India and global markets entered a new era of innovation driven by gene editing, digital biology, and sustainable seed systems.
To address this need, RegStattva LLP was officially incorporated on 27 th October 2025 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and issued its Certificate of Incorporation by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (LLPIN: ACS-2542). Soon after, the firm received its GST Registration (GSTIN: 07ABMFR4669P1Z5) on 11 th November 2025, authorizing it to operate as a regular consulting and wellness entity within India’s regulatory framework.

RegStattva LLP is led by Dr. Deepak Prem, a seasoned regulatory affairs leader and plant biotechnology scientist with more than 25 years of academic and industry experience across Bayer, Monsanto, and leading research institutions.
Siddhant Prem
Consultant - wellness
Siddhant AKA ‘Sid’ is a trained musician (guitar) and a Sivananda yoga teacher. He has studied music at Humber collage, Toronto, Canada and is now pursuing a graduate degree in graphic design and visual art from MAAC. He is enthusiastic about fitness and is deeply inclined towards yogic and sattvic values. He is also an avid biker.
